Hazedeck — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hazedeck, operated by FancyFin LLC ("we", "us"). By using Hazedeck you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Hazedeck helps you generate audio/visual content and publish it to YouTube channels you control. You are responsible for the channels you connect and the content you choose to generate, publish, and schedule.

2. Your account and connected channels

You must have the authority to connect any YouTube channel you authorize, and you must comply with Google's and YouTube's terms and policies. You can disconnect a channel or revoke access at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Hazedeck to:

• create or publish content that infringes intellectual-property rights, violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or breaks the law;
• misrepresent the origin or nature of content, or omit disclosures required for AI/synthetic media;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your published content complies with YouTube's monetization, authenticity, and disclosure policies.

4. AI-generated content

Hazedeck produces content using third-party AI models and applies YouTube's synthetic-content disclosure on upload. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing and for its compliance with applicable policies and laws. Ownership and licensing of AI-generated outputs are subject to the terms of the underlying providers.

5. Intellectual property

As between you and us, you retain your rights in the content you create with Hazedeck. We retain all rights in the Hazedeck software and service.

6. Third-party services

Hazedeck integrates third-party services (including Google/YouTube, ElevenLabs, Google Gemini/Veo, and Anthropic). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will meet YouTube's or any platform's requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANCYFIN LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CHANNELS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed [the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months / USD 100].

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FancyFin LLC harmless from claims arising out of the content you publish or your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms or third-party policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and disconnect your channels at any time.

11. Governing law
